The Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre (NPF-NCCC) on Saturday held its 2026 World Cybersecurity Awareness Walkathon at the Force Headquarters, Abuja, as part of efforts to promote online safety and raise public awareness about cybercrime prevention.

The awareness walk forms part of the Centre’s cybersecurity campaign themed “Towards a Resilient Cyberspace: Think Before You Click,” encouraging Nigerians to adopt safer digital habits and remain vigilant against online threats.

Participants at the 2026 World Cybersecurity Awareness Walkathon organised by the Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre (NPF-NCCC) at the Force Headquarters, Abuja, on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
