Federal High Court 9 in Abuja has granted Abba Kyari bail today.

According to sources, Justice Omotosho of Federal High Court 9 rules that Kyari and his team refused to escape when Kuje Prison was attacked on 5/7/2022, where about 90 percent of the inmates escaped.

He maintained that singular act shows that , Abba Kyari is ready to face any allegations against him and is not a flight-risk suspect.

Meanwhile, the case at the Federal high Court 10 led by Justice Emeka Nwite is yet to grant him bail.
