The Deputy Governor of Abia State Engr Ikechukwu Emetu FNSE has consoled the family of former Deputy Governor of Abia State,Sir Ude Okochukwu on the death of his younger brother ,Mr John Okochukwu,whom he noted died untimely .
While speaking during the burial which took place at St James Catholic church Nkporo in Ohafia LGA,he pointed out that the Government of his principal Dr Alex Otti is a government that rejoices with it’s people in their good times and also identifies with them in their sad moments.
He consoled the family on their loss and prayed that such omen will not repeat itself.

Earlier while speaking the former Deputy Governor of Abia state Sir Ude Okochukwu noted that the death of his brother,Mr John Okochukwu is a huge loss to the family and community at large as he was known to a be a problem solver and always ready to extend a helping hand to those in need .He implored those alive to follow his footstep as his life was worthy of emulation.
He appreciated all that made out time to mourn with them and prayed that such a loss will not repeat it self.
In his sermon,the Rev Father Rev David Aguleri
noted that death is something that is inevitable hence the need for everybody while you are still alive to make good use of every moment.
He emphasized on the need to submit ones live to christ as this will help you live a life worthy of emulation.Rev fr David prayed that God will console the family and give them by the fortitude to bear their loss.
The burial was well attended by notable individuals which includesd House member representing Bende North Nnamdi Ibekwe,Clerk of the State House of Assembly Sir John Pedro and others.
