Two real estate and investment firms, Houses for Africa and Jonah Capital, have disowned two individuals over what they described as fraudulent claims and impersonation.

The companies, in a public notice, named the individuals as Mr. Paul Odili and Mr. Adrian Ogunmuyiwa. They accused them of falsely presenting themselves as members of their board and management.

Checks with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), according to the firms, show that Mr. Kojo Ansah Mensah remains the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director. Mr. Abu Arome is listed as Company Secretary, while Mr. Victor Quainoo is the Chief Operating Officer.

The management insisted that any claim by Odili and Ogunmuyiwa to hold official positions amounts to forgery and corporate identity theft.

The matter has been reported to the Nigeria Police Force (Special Fraud Unit) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Investigations are reportedly ongoing.

The firms warned the public to avoid any transactions, deals, or agreements involving the two men, stressing that such activities are null, void, and fraudulent.

They also urged anyone who may have had dealings with them to stop immediately, contact law enforcement, and seek legal advice.

“We want to make it clear that Mr. Paul Odili and Mr. Adrian Ogunmuyiwa have no ties to our companies,” the notice read.

The firms advised the public to always verify claims of affiliation through official CAC records before doing business.I’m
