Lagos CP orders arrest of 13 Mile 12 market leaders over fracas

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu has ordered the arrest of 13 leaders of warring groups of Gengere Community at the popular Mile 12 market over unending fracas that had led to loss of lives and properties.
The leaders who were initially invited for a an interview session with the CP ended up in chaos prompting the CP to order their arrest.
According to police investigation, one Alhaji Alidu Mohammed was alleged to have disrespected Prophet Mohammed and hoodlums went on rampage, attacked him and razed down a building that belongs to one Mamuda.
Our reporter who was at the command at the time of their arrest also witnessed a free for all fight inside the Lagos State Taskforce Force detention van. Police operative quickly moved in a settled the fight.
