In the video, some unidentifiable teenage girls were seen armed with different kinds of weapons. They are believed to be among the girls that were kidnapped in Kaduna recently.
Speaking on behalf of others in Hausa, one of the teenage girls begged her parents to quickly give money to her captors so that she would be free. She warned that the captured are heavily armed and can defeat any rescue attempt.
Also in the background is the voice of one of the alleged bandits, who said that they would marry off the girls if the parents failed to raise the sum demanded. He also threatened to administer hard drugs that would erase the girl’s memories.
