Labour meets President Tinubu, suspends strike.

President Bola Tinubu has met with the representatives of the organized labour comprising the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and the Trade Union Congress, TUC of Nigeria shortly after they rounded off a nationwide protest over the recent hike in Petrol price.

In a statement signed by presidents of NLC and TUC, it was agreed to return to the dialogue table after the President promised to quickly attend to their demands.
