The actions of overzealous operatives of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority have led to the deaths of a pregnant woman and her two children. The woman killed was knocked down by a commercial tricycle popularly known as Okada while trying to evade arrest by LASTMA operatives along Ago road in Okota area of the state.

The tricycle operator was also killed in the accident, which occurred on Tuesday morning.
